Recruiting Solutions is now seeking a Composite Technician for a Great Company in Duncan, SC. This position trains on 1st shift then moves to 2nd or 3rd. The pay starts at $15/hr.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Follows all work instructions and complete all quality documentation as required. Follows all work routing / procedures and quality documentation.Supports overall shop functions.Works under the direction of the lead technician and/or Production Coordinator. Works with Engineers, production personal, and others to resolve problems. Must be mentally coherent and free from the influence of drugs (either illegal or legally prescribed drugs that may cause impairment) while performing in the capacity of “safety-sensitive” duties/operations per FAA regulations
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supports and participates in HS&E activities within the organization
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall shop functions
Keeps work area neat and clean at all times

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
Knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software
Knowledge of basic data entry and/or word processing
Knowledge of machine shop theory, shop mathematics and measurement equipment
Skilled in oral and written communication (English)Ability to read blue prints and job specific routers.
Ability to conduct proper part preparation including cleaning of parts
Ability to organize workload to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral)
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English per FAA Regulations
Ability to aid in audits
Ability to think and concentrate for long periods of time
Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with repair work scopes
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to train others as required
Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Ability to learn tasks required to perform the job
