Associate Trainer

Recruiting Solutions is adding to the Training and Development Team of our Health care Advisory division. The Associate Trainer will perform a variety of training functions including, but not limited to: providing new employees with a working knowledge of account follow-up processes prior to the employee being released to a client engagement, addressing specific client-related quality concerns, and providing continuing education for technical skills required for advancement. This position takes direction from the Continuous Improvement Specialist and interfaces directly with medical collectors and account analysts to provide training and development opportunities.

Job Description

This position requires a diverse skill set and the ability to adjust to changing business needs quickly. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships effectively while maintaining individual professionalism and image of the company and its clients.

Qualifications include:

  •  High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years medical collections, billing, and/or claims required
  •  Minimum 3+ years customer service experience required
  • Minimum 3+ years payer knowledge required - both government and non-government
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Associate (CRCA) preferred
  • Medical Billing Certification preferred
  • Ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
