Job Summary

Medical Records Analyst needed for local outpatient clinic in Chico. Qualified candidates must have proven experience with electronic medical records. Seeking individuals with excellent time management skills and customer service. Experience in understanding of federal, state and organizational regulations/policy that relate to the release of medical record information a plus!


One year experience as a medical records clerk OR

One year experience utilizing clerical and computer skills


Medical terminology

Previous medical records experience


Must be able to follow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential. Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Must be able to work independently and pay close attention to detail. Capable of using keyboard, including Microsoft Word, Outlook (Microsoft Office Suite) computer skills for a variety of support functions. Knowledge of Meditech, ChartMaxx and ARIA preferred. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
