Recruiting Solutions has an internal opening for a Technical Recruiter in our Executive Search division. This person will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and matching high level candidates to the job requirements specified by our diverse client base. This person will also be tasked with the exciting challenge of producing new job orders through direct sales efforts to new customers, and through expanding relationships with existing clients.
Seek out new candidates and clients through cold calling, face-to-face appointments, networking and participation in compatible professional organizations, civic organizations, local chambers of commerce, etc.
Implement a recruiting strategy to attract an active pipeline of top talent to fill client needs in a timely manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Recruiting Solutions’ operations systems, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Ensure new business is profitable and falls within overall company objectives.
Formulate sales strategies with Sales Team members to penetrate qualified target accounts.
Develop long-term partnerships with regional companies by proactively supporting their recruiting needs.
Manage daily activity that is focused on efficiency, revenue-producing activities, and results – i.e. consistent follow up, heavy phone usage, email, etc.
Attend sales and service meetings as required as well as active participation in community activities, chamber events, and networking opportunities.
Consistently monitor client satisfaction and create solutions if objectives are not being met.

What Is Required
4 year degree – BA/BS or related business experience
Minimum 1 year marketing/recruiting/sales experience with proven high performance track record
