Business Data Analyst/Coordinator

Job Description

Reporting to the Controller, the Business Data Analyst / Coordinator will create and maintain database reports; create and implement organizational workflow; set up technology for new users; and support admin and field services staff.  You will also work with, and have the support of an external IT specialist to coordinate system updates, upgrades and maintenance; assist with computer security, etc.


Experience, knowledge, skills abilities

  • Database analysis, management; maintenance and performance tuning
  • Problem solving, decision making; requirements analysis and process improvements
  • Database security
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, Word, Access
  • Self-motivated; excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and support admin and field services staff

Other Requirements

  • Class C drivers license and clean DMV record
  • Contingent upon post-offer drug test and criminal background check
