Job Description

Call Center Representatives are needed for local company in Chico. Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service and computer skills. Job duties include: assisting customers with account research or problem solving, knowledge of products and services, and capable to explain this information to the satisfaction of customers.

Call Center Representative Skills and Qualifications: Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, People Skills, Problem Solving, and Multi-tasking. Positions are full time and can include nights/weekends.

Job Type: Full-time (Has long term potential with benefits).
