What You'll Do

In this role, you'll play an important part in connecting candidates with career opportunities while providing exceptional customer service to both applicants and clients.

Responsibilities may include:

• Recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Matching applicants to positions based on skills, experience, and career goals
• Conducting employee orientations and onboarding activities
• Managing a high volume of phone calls, emails, and applicant communications
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and data entry
• Coordinating hiring needs with clients and internal team members
• Assisting with front desk and administrative responsibilities
• Building positive relationships with candidates, employees, and customers
