Operations Support Coordinator

Job Description

Primary funtions:

The primary function of this position is to maintain accurate and timely production and perpetual inventory data, while analyzing and tracking their financial impacts. Other functions of this role include miscellaneous finance and accounting tasks.

Daily Funtions:

    • Record previous day’s finished good and fresh fruit production
      • Chico
      • Stapleton

    • Analyze and research production variances
      • Make sure corrections are entered timely

    • Update the daily production and variance tracker
    • Enter fresh fruit receipts
    • Receipts for Outside Warehouse’s
    • Maintain P2P Directs receiving folders
    • Ariba Invoice Reconciliation
    • Research and resolve all direct material invoice’s
    • Reconcile the direct material RNV reports
    • Key inventory activity
      • IMI raw material shipments
      • Cycle counts
      • Holds
      • Stock status corrections
      • Track QC holds and dispositions

Monthly\Weekly functions:

    • QC hold reconciliation
    • Outside warehouse reconciliation
    • Cost book updates
    • Prepare bank deposit on the last day of the month
    • Maintain control of manual BOL log

Other Functions As Needed:

    • Front Desk backup support
    • Assist in verifying internal controls
    • Payroll backup support
    • Lead raw material physical inventory
    • Complete other activities as requested by Logistics, Director of Operations or other memebers request pertaining to the job.
