Finance Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Renew loans and or process new loan applications
- Work closely with the branch manager to establish team goals
- Provide top notch customer service to all financial clients
- Process loan payments in a timely manner for customers
- Generate sales leads in order to increase business
- Establish client relationships in order to increase reoccurring business
- Provide leadership and guidance to all team members
Finance Assistant Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- BS degree in business administration or a related field required
- 1-3 years of sales/account management experience
- Ability to lead a team and be a constant mentor for other employees
