Full Life-Cycle Recruiter

We are seeking a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter to join our team! The primary objective of this position is to manage current accounts, build client relationships and take ownership of full-life cycle recruiting.  Responsibilities of a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter:

  • Talent acquisition and recruiting responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting
  • Onboard and orient new employees. Conduct complete pre-screening requirements such as background checks and drug screens
  • Employee management - handle employee relation issues as necessary to include corrective action counseling
  • Contribute to business growth by servicing accounts, capitalizing on opportunities and generating leads
  • Develop strong client relationships to include development of relationships with new departments within existing clients
  • Prospect new clients through recruiting or sales
  • Provide clients with innovative solutions and be proactive in increasing market share
  • Develop new ways of increasing employee and client satisfaction and retention

Requirements of a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter:

  • 1+ year staffing industry and/or human resources experience required
  • Associates or Bachelors in related field preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literate in a MS Office environment
