A local window installation company is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Glazier (Glass and Frame Installer) on our Commercial team. The Glazing Associates play a vital role in the success of each custom project they work. As a professional glass installer on our team, the Glazier will utilize carpenter skills as well as blueprint reading abilities to install glass at assigned sites.

Daily Duties include:

•Utilizing hand tools and power tools

•Measuring openings and dimensions of areas to be covered

•Must be able to read a ruler to determine plumb of walls or ceilings using plumb lines and levels

•Fabricating or installing metal sashes or moldings for glass installation using aluminum or steel framing

•Fitting, installing, or replacing glass or glass substitutes (such as plastic or aluminum) in building interiors or exteriors

 Other skills required:

•Must be able to read a measuring tape

•Must possess a current valid driver’s license

•Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs Other information:

•This is a full-time position, paid holidays and most weekends off

•Company paid health benefits

•Out of town work (with per diem) is required at times

Salary $14-$25/hr depending on experience
