We have a Shipping Coordinator position open with a local Rathdrum, ID industrial manufacturing company! They are looking for an enthusiastic team player with great great work ethic! Must have at least 1 year experience to perform duties in the inventory control department as assigned by the lead or supervisor.

 Essential Duties:

-Maintain inventory accurately and efficiently with the Inventory Control Manager

-Be able to pick applicable inventory on shelf and out of system

-Reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions

-Scheduling deliveries and organizing truckloads

-Coordinating large deliveries and pick ups for Rigs with customer and sales department

-Coordinates delivery and pick up of parts being shipped for the services department.

-Coordinates delivery and pick up with vendors for incoming parts when necessary.

-Coordinates delivery and pick up in international freight transactions.

-Oversees the preparation of delivery documents for truckers.

-Inspection of deliveries and shipments making sure to record any discrepancies

-Operating lift and hand trucks, forklifts, shrink-wrap machine

-Able to move and hoist materials to the proper departments

-Takes responsibility for the shipment of items on the delivery schedule tool and works with other departments to find out when parts for shipment will be ready.

-Coordinates multiple shipping sites in various states.

-Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible

PAY: $16 - $18 DOE MUST
