We have a client in the Chicago area who is one of the leading suppliers of transportation in North America. They are looking for hard working people with good eye for detail. We are looking for responsible people to operate and maintain equipment in a factory or warehouse and preparing items for distribution.

• Reads blueprint or job order for seat cover specifications.
• Obtains correct seat cover and seat frame for order.
• Attention to detail is important to ensure quality.  
• Pulls plastic over foam padding.
• Pulls seat cover over plastic and foam padding on seat back and seat bottom.
• Works well on a team with the ability to maintain proper communication
• Uses a stick with a hook to pull and stretch fabric over seat as necessary.
• Uses a stuffer to tuck fabric of seat cover.
• Uses a hog ring gun to staple the seat cover onto the frame.

*All Purpose Workforce Employees must attend weekly Persistence Training workshops consistently during the first 3 months of employment.
