Job Description


  • Administer Windows servers
  • Manage and maintain AD Domain
  • Maintain a Windows System Updates Server (WSUS)
  • Test and Deploy Windows server updates
  • Install and maintain a centralized Anti-Virus solution
  • Maintain backup system scheduled jobs and manage media rotation
  • Install, maintain, and repair installations of Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10, and Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, and 2016 operating systems
  • Install an array of desktop and office applications
  • Perform initial and re-imaging activities for new and reused desktop and laptop equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Perform IT asset moves, adds, removals
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues experienced by client computers
  • Install and secure managed switches
  • Install and configure Cisco client
  • Maintain UniFi wireless network
  • Perform miscellaneous help desk tasks in person and/or utilize remote assistance
  • Train end users on Windows 10 and Office 2013 components
  • Perform thorough research and obtain the best fitting solution for problems
  • Participate in IT project planning, execution, and completion



Candidate must possess the following:

  • Excellent experience with Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 operating in a Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Endpoint Protection solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft WSUS system
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 components.
  • Knowledge of VBA for Excel and Access DB
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL Database
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and Local Area Networking
  • Excellent LAN and WAN troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of wireless networking
  • Ability to install various database clients (SQL and Oracle) and the applications associated with them
  • Excellent knowledge in imaging/ghosting/duplication of computers
  • Knowledge of Citrix Receiver configuration and troubleshooting
  • Proficient knowledge of Crystal Reports
  • Aptitude to learn new business management systems
  • Certification is a plus but not required
