All assigned employees regardless of placement pathway are required to participate in a professional learn and earn development (Persistence Training) for a minimum of four hours per week.

Requirements:

• Assembly of components, devices and/or the final product with supervision.
• Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision.
• Ensures quality of product using standard operating procedures, templates, training and supervision, and good judgment.
• Dependable and reliable
• Open to receiving coaching around conflict and communication skills
• Ability to perform in diverse physical environments (loud machinery, and varied temperatures)

Schedule:

• Day and Evening Shifts Available
• 12 hour schedule (three days on four day off) weekly schedule

Qualifications:

• High School or GED (preferred)
• No skills/experience is required

• Assembly experience (preferred)

Experience:

• Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
