Purpose Workforce Solutions is a full-service staffing and placement firm looking for top talent. We are hiring a full-time, temporary Production Specialist to work in a large light industrial warehouse in Gurnee, IL. We are looking for dependable people ready to work in a fast-paced production environment. *This role requires bi-weekly COVID testing, daily COVID pre-work screenings questions, or partial COVID vaccinations. Once hired, all Purpose Workforce Solutions employees must complete weekly employee Persistence Training that aids in removing any barriers to success on the job. All employees are responsible for working their entire Shift as assigned. *Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Pay Range is $20-$23 per. Three Shift options are available. 

A SHIFT: Monday – Friday

• 6 am-2 pm
• 7 am-3 pm 

B SHIFT: Monday – Friday 

• 1 pm-9 pm 
• 2 pm-10 pm 

C SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday

• 9 pm-5 am
• 10 pm-6 am
• 11 pm-7 am

Responsibilities: 

• Must have the ability to assemble components and medical-grade devices with supervision.
• Individuals will be cross-trained to work in all production areas with limited supervision.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of product using standard operating procedures, templates, training, and good judgment.
• Must professionally perform all duties and work as a member of a team.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED (required)
• Assembly experience (preferred)
• Good Hand-eye coordination
• Ability to constantly move objects while completing a repetitive task  
• May be subject to call back or extended hours as required
