Placement Agent

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Join GreatWork Employment Services as a Placement Agent in Cleveland, OH, 

where you will earn between $18 and $25 per hour. This full-time position 

operates Monday through Friday. 

If you enjoy talking on the phone, helping people, and learning about 

the job placement industry, this role is for you. While previous recruiting 

experience is preferred, it is not required.

YOUR TEAM CONTRIBUTIONS MAY INCLUDE

• Recruiting hourly factory and manufacturing workers  

• Conducting phone, in-person, and onsite interviews  

• Coordinating placements, orientations, and onboarding  

• Maintaining strong relationships with candidates and client supervisors  

• Tracking applicant activity and staffing needs  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• High energy  

• Friendly demeanor  

• Problem-solving skills  

• Self-directed approach  

• Ability to achieve results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment  

• Strong communication skills  

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
