Job Description

Client Services Administrative Specialist opening for Third Party Administrator in Tualatin, OR.  Primary job functions will be performed in the office.

The successful candidate will:

  • Increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the account management activities.
  • Prepare and facilitate communications, presentations and reports.
  • Manage database, maintaining confidential client information.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports (including complex Excel files), meeting notes, and other documents for both internal use and distribution to clients. 
  • Manage multiple and ongoing projects with changing priorities.
  • Coordinate invoices and expense reports with accounting department for clients and/or vendors.
  • Maintain communications and effective working relationships with clients, and respond to requests from clients, government agencies, unios, participants, attorneys, and consultants
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years administrative or executive support experience.  Experience in employee benefits a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional team player with confidence and integrity.
  • Strong decision making and organizational skills.

Salary Range:

  • $65,000 - $75,000 Annually
