Utility Maitenance

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Utility Worker to join our team in the Euclid/Eastlake area. As a Maintenance Utility Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of our facilities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities
• Conduct inspections to identify any maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Drive forklift to empty hoppers
• Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment
• Operate and maintain power tools, and other equipment such as floor scrubbers
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facilities and completing all tasks to do so
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements

Must be reliable

Must be able to handle physical duties as needed

Must be able to work with a team and independently

This is a off work week schedule working Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun and the next week you would work Wed, Thurs, Friday. Rotate like this week over week. (One weekend on, on weekend off). 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. schedule
