Sanitation Supervisor

Great Work Employment is seeking for an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to join a Food Manufacturer on the west side of Cleveland. As a sanitation supervisor your primary goal will be to ensure that all areas are properly maintained and adhere to industry standards, while overseeing others. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities would Consist:

• Supervising a team of sanitation staff and ensuring they are following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Creating and implementing cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention and provide guidance on proper sanitation practices
• Train and educate staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and chemical handling to promote a safe working environment
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals to ensure an adequate supply is maintained at all times
• Maintain records and documentation of cleaning procedures, inspections, and any issues encountered during the sanitation process
