Employee Benefits Producer

Our client is a reputable independent insurance agency in Northern Colorado and is looking for an Employee Benefits Producer.

Summary: This position is sales-oriented position and requires advanced communication skills, a thorough knowledge of insurance products available through the agency. The individual in this position must be capable of pursuing and closing sales of new and existing commercial lines accounts and retaining assigned book of employee benefits business.

• Colorado Producer license
• 5+ years selling group health benefits
• Excellent Customer Service skills and insurance product knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Negotiated commission-based compensation. Benefits available including, medical benefits, STD, LTD, Paid Time Off.
