The Market Branch Manager will earn a competitive salary plus commission to grow a market segment for our established staffing company. Ideally, the perfect candidate can develop and close new accounts, recruit candidates for clients and strong team members, and lead others with positive motivation.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit timely and effectively for client openings
- Lead and perform new business development to ensure ongoing and increasing revenues.
- Effectively manage branch P&L, marketing, sales goals, and operations goals
- Identify, grow, mentor, manage, and lead a team that drives branch growth and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and lead team members for maximum growth through development, collaboration, and achievement
- Build a collaborative team for effective, efficient, and positive work environment
- Communicate with the branch team daily to ensure the highest possible outcomes.
- Utilize CRM effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee branch operations adhering to all applicable laws and company policy.
- Meet or exceed client expectations for timely delivery and quality of service
- Build rapport and develop strong relationships to foster ongoing client accounts.
- Maintain company presence with proper networking, recruiting, and community involvement
- Ensure new employees have proper and ongoing training
- Encourage employees and provide additional resources for personal advancement
- Work with corporate to mitigate risk and ensure compliance of all laws

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
- Successful experience in Sales Management, Team Building, Staffing , Goal Obtainment
- Training in Employment laws a plus
- Strong customer service skills and business ethics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and other database management
- Licenses required: valid driver's license with less than 6 points and no major offenses
- Position will require the ability to drive, attend outside meetings in person, and critical thinking
- Notice: This job is on-site. Must be available for clients and candidates during normal business hours.
- Availability includes early mornings and evenings for networking events.
