In these roles, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, responsible for using various grinding and cutting machines to produce high-quality components that are essential to our products.

Responsibilities for a variety of openings:

• Set up and operate grinding and cutting machines according to specifications.
• Inspect materials for quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure longevity and operational efficiency is a plus!
• Metal Cutting experience is a plus!
• Review work orders and document production activities as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies during operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience operating, grinding, machines, distribution and warehousing is required
• Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
