Production worker- 12hr shifts

Job Description

Machine operators/production workers needed for fast paced plastic company that is GROWING!

Company operates on a 24/7 schedule. 12hr day & 12hr night shifts available up to $16.50 per hour. Temporary to hire opportunities with excellent benefits starting 1st of the month after completing 30 days hired in.

Responsible for part production, visual inspection, and packaging of quality products

Duties may include, but are not restricted to, one or more of the following:

  • Understand and maintain a working knowledge of Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.

  • Perform any secondary operations and/or rework as instructed

  • Inspect parts for defects, and ensure accuracy of carton quantities

  • Inspect carton label for accuracy and place label on carton

  • Communicate to Supervisors, Team Leads, and other shift operators of activity/problems that occur.

  • Regular attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

  • Manual hand dexterity

  • Ability to stand for full scheduled shift, lifting, turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing

  • Must be able to detect defects visually
