Customer Service Rep/ Front office
Core responsibilities:
? Answering customer calls/emails, troubleshooting issues, providing product information,
processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Essential skills:
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
o Active listening to understand customer needs
o Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues
o Conflict resolution skills to handle difficult situations calmly
o Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided

? Pay Rate based on exp range $16.00 to $18.00
? Hours Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
