Commercial Lines Account Manager - Our client is an Independent Insurance Agency located in La Mesa, CA and is seeking Commercial Account Managers to join their amazing team.

Commercial Lines Account Manager - Privately owned Insurance Agency focuses on providing personalized service and they're dedicated to excellence.  They pride themselves on their long-standing relationships with their customers.

 

The successful candidate will:

• Embrace listening to commercial clients to best service and manage their accounts.
• Collaborate with the commercial lines team to solve the challenges in the changing insurance climate.
• Have a passion for maintaining and developing client and company business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire commercial lines account service process.
• Work closely with agency staff and producers.
• Promote growth of existing book through account rounding.
• Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and insurance needs. 
• Manage and coordinate processing renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, cancellations, auto ID cards, binders, etc.

Requirements:

• 3 - 10 years of Commercial Lines experience
• EPIC experience preferred
• CA Property & Casualty license

 

Salary and Benefits:

• $95K - $120K annually, depending on experience
