Employee Benefits Account Manager - This is a Direct Hire opening for an Insurance Agency in Littleton, CO.  Primary job functions will be performed working remotely. 

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with small groups of 2-50 lives, along with broad knowledge of benefit products and services.
• Be a demonstrated self-starter, working independently with an apptitude for numbers and data analysis.
• Actively listen wtih strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling policy administration wtih duties ranging from evaluation of renewals, preparing proposals, and resopnding to client requests.
• Review contracts and coverages and complete agency invoicing.
• Collaborate with Producers to manage expiration process.
• Set up and administer online benefits portal, along with documenting into agency management system.

Requirements:

• Colorado Life & Health license.
• 2-5 years of Emmployee Benefits experience within an insurance agency setting.
• AMS360 experience preferred.
• EASE/Navigator experience preferred.
• CEBS or GBDS designations are a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range:  $55k - $80k annually, depending on experience. 
• Benefits:  401k, Health Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
