Employee Benefits  Account Manager opening for growing insurance broker in Torrance, CA. Once training is complete, a hybrid role is available working 3 days in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

• Client customer service, including phone, email, in person visits, video calls and conference calls.
• Maintain client relationships, support client retention, maintain strong carrier relationships and understand clients' needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of health benefit products, services, tools, and markets.
• Facilitate and participate in the preparation and presentation of open enrollment meetings and materials.
• Willingness to travel to clients for open enrollment meetings.
• Create employee benefit booklets and other communication materials.

• 2+ years Employee Benefits Account Manager experience.
• Current Life & Health license.
• Knowledge of online enrollment portals such as EASE, Employee Navigator, and/or Zywave.
• Applied EPIC experience preferred

• $70,000 - $87,000 per year.
