S-Head Operator

! In this vital role, you will be the key to ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes, all while fostering a positive atmosphere for yourself and your coworkers. As an S-Head Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of production lines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a significant impact on our teams success.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor S-Head equipment and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent equipment malfunction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of production logs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
