Production Operator- NIGHT shift

Production operator & Boxer -12 hour shifts - Every other full 3 day weekend OFF

DIRECT HIRE position- $18 per hour to start- GROWING COMPANY

The Production Operator is a very hands-on role that is critical in ensuring the highest of production, quality and efficiency standards in the production of PVC Compound and Pellets.

This Position is responsible for the PVC Blending and/or Pelletizing production process, which includes:

• Material handling
• Equipment operation
• Process monitoring
• Quality control
• Troubleshooting
• Warehousing and various supporting activities 

Must be capable of operating with great attention to detail and working in accordance with all quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Ideal candidates will be self- motivated, and work well with little supervision.

Related industry experience in Extrusion, or Tow motor experience a plus!
