General Labor (Measuring Exp Required)

Great Work Employment is seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Associate/Panel Manufacturer to join a manufacturing team on the West side of Cleveland. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality panels used in various applications. This position requires a commitment to maintaining production schedules, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. This opportunity is 1^st shift, bus line accessible and seeking to interview with a candidate ASAP. You will work closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow. Responsibilities

• Measuring and cutting fiberglass boards & fabric
• Laminating fabric to panels
• Packaging panels on skids
• Working with spray hardeners and adhesives
• Beveling and mitering panels and operating various hand tools
• Operating tow motor
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Ability to read a tape Measure and familiarity with manual and automated hand tools and equipment
• Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements accurately
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
