• Day to day servicing of current accounts
• Respond to multiple phone calls, voice mails, emails, etc.
• Requote, shop around, and rewrite policies, providing illustrated comparisons as needed.
• Meet with customers who stop in without an appointment.
• Receive and review terminations of coverage and cancellations to determine action to be taken.
• Determine acceptability and placement of coverages, complete applications and/or endorsements, and collect premium when applicable.
• Document all material conversations with insureds and/or carriers regarding exposures and coverages.

• Active OR P&C License
• Should have demonstrated effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking.

• OR P&C License
• 3-5 years of experience with an independent agency in a Personal Lines CSR or Account Manager role.
• Can understand and analyze lines of insurance coverages, forms, and policies.
• Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency management system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary Range & Benefits:

• $60K - $70K per year plus ability to earn bonuses.
