Commercial Lines Account Executive - Our client, a well-established Agency with offices nationwide, is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to work out of their Denver or Fort Collins office on a Direct Hire basis with a hybrid work schedule.

Commercial Lines Account Executive - This position is open as a current employee is transferring to another location which creates an opening in the Colorado market. They have offices in Denver and Fort Collins and work on a hybrid schedule. 

The successful candidate will:

• Be committed to doing what is best for their customers.
• Design, market, and implement middle market insurance programs on behalf of their clients.
• Coordinate services between the client and the insurance company and provide day-to-day consulting and client advice. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' business models, risk profiles, and loss history to identify exposures and risk transfer strategies.
• Assess clients' risk tolerance, service needs, and retention capabilities.
• Lead the development of marketing plans, including insurance specifications, timelines, and market selection.
• Negotiate with underwriters to secure optimal insurance program terms.
• Design alternative risk management strategies linking risk identification, funding, and service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and stay updated on market trends.
• Manage ongoing client service plans, renewal processes, mid=term changes, and stewardship reviews.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Commercial Lines Account Executive
• AMS360 experience preferred
• Property & Casualty License
• Elevated level of knowledge with all assigned products, insurance coverages, services, policies, pricing, placement of coverage, regulations, and benefits.

Salary Range & Benefits

• Salary range of $80k - $100k based on experience and qualifications
