Commercial Lines General Liability Adjuster - Our customer is a Third Party Administrator in the Denver Tech Center. This is a "Contract" position.

Commercial Lines General Liability Adjuster - Our client is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) located in the Denver Tech Center.  This is a contract position to help with their pending levels.  You will be working onsite in a professional office environment.

The Successful candidate will:

• Have strong knowledge of General Liability Claims, including bodily injury and litigation.
• Be able to make sound coverage decisions.
• Have strong negotiation and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review new claim losses and policy to determine coverage.
• Contact insureds, claimants and others to discuss claim details and make liability determination.
• Request needed documentation for claims handling.
• Negotiate settlements and approve payments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of General Liability Claims experience with a TPA or Insurance Carrier
• Experience handling bodily injury claims
• Onsite work environment

Salary & Benefits:

• $35 - $45 per hour
