Commercial Lines Account Executive - Our client, an Insurance Brokerage located in Englewood, is seeking an outgoing and competitive Account Executive to assist the Producer in selling of new and renewal business and coordinating the services promised to the customer. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

The successful candidate will:

• Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries involving policy structure, coverage options, billing questions, and daily service.
• Maintain expertise on agency markets, carrier appetites, and available products.
• Collaborate with Producer to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Initiate renewal planning 150 days prior to expiration in coordination with the Producer and Assistant Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Account servicing needs directly with the client during the policy year.
• Maintain accurate and complete client files.
• Attend frequent in-person meetings with client with and without the Producer.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing and renewal strategies, ensuring competitive coverage and pricing.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Attend prospect meetings to gather necessary information and assess needs.
• Actively round accounts by identifying and securing additional lines of coverage.
• Conduct or participate in pre-renewal meetings, updating exposures and gathering additional information.
• Prepare comparative summaries and finalize proposals for presentation.

Requirements:

• P&C License required.
• Seven + years of independent agency experience.
• AAI or comparable designations.
• Understanding of Large Deductible program
• Working knowledge of Risk Retention Groups and Captive Operations
• Applied EPIC

Salary and Benefits:

• $90k - $130k annually (subject to experience, education, designations)

• Benefits available including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Paid Time Off, Sick Time, 401(k) with matching.
