Personal Lines Account Manager - Our client is an Insurance Brokerage with more than 100 offices nationwide, including a local office in Englewood, CO. They are seeking an Account Manager focused on the management of their Personal Lines book of business.

Personal Lines Account Manager - Our client is an Insurance Brokerage with more than 100 offices nationwide, including a local office in Englewood, CO. They are seeking an Account Manager focused on the management of their Personal Lines book of business.

The successful candidate will:

Responsibilities:

• Assist Producers and Teammates in development of new accounts by gathering application information.
• Submit to appropriate carriers for quotes.
• Monitor renewal deadlines and submit to markets for quotes.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, providing customers with billing, coverage, audits, and change request needs. 
• Data entry, including endorsements, certificates, ID cards, and basic client information from Producer and customer.
• Verify premium invoices and follow up on late payments and cancelation notices.

Requirements:

• Personal Lines CSR or Account Manager experience
• Colorado P&C License
• CISR and/or CIC Designation(s) preferred

Salary Range & Benefits:

• $55,000 - $62,000 based on experience
• Bonus plans, health benefits, 401(k), Pait Time off, Holiday Pay
