Personal Lines Account Manager on a "Direct Hire" basis for an insurance brokerage in Englewood, CO. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the salary range $50K - $70K per year.

Personal Lines Account Manager - Our client, an Insurance Brokerage located in Englewood, is seeking an Account Manager to assist Producers and Account Executives, while coordinating and aiding clients. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

The successful candidate will:

• Proactively engage with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency.

• Act with accountability, honesty, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Service personal lines customers and assist PL Producers in developing current accounts and processing new business.
• Process renewals, endorsements, non-pay notices, reinstatements, cancellations, non-renewals, and claims.
• Advocate for the customer by communicating with underwriters, marketing representatives, and claims adjusters.
• Document all communications with client, carrier, third parties, and update, renew, and make changes on policies in EPIC.
• Work expiration and renewal reports.
• Remarket accounts.

Requirements:

• P&C License required.
• Knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting rules
• Applied EPIC

Salary and Benefits:

• $50k - $70k annually
