Commercial Claims Specialist position on a "Direct Hire" basis for an insurance brokerage in Englewood, CO. This role offers a hybrid schedule with a salary range of $70K - $90K per year.

Job Description

Commercial Claims Specialist - Our client, an Insurance Brokerage located in Englewood, is seeking a Commercial Claims Specialist to assist clients with managing their claims.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to commercial clients with managing their claims.
  • Collaborate with co-workers, clients, and insurance company personnel.
  • Act with accountability, honesty, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general liability, professional liability, CL auto, CL property, and workers' compensation, including litigation to ensure gimely and accurate disposition.
  • Advocate for client when claim disputes or coverage issues arise.
  • Prepare and present open claim reviews.
  • Complete EMOD projection/analysis for clients.
  • Accurately maintain EPIC with documentation of conversations and notifications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years insurance agency or insurance company experience in claims.
  • AIC or CIC designation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of P&C and Workers' Compensation.
