Risk Services Associate position on a "Direct Hire" basis for an insurance brokerage in Englewood, CO. This role offers a hybrid schedule with a salary range of $60K - $75K per year.

Risk Services Associate - Our client, and Insurance Brokerage in Englewood, CO, is seeking a Risk Services Associate to support the Claims and Loss Control departments.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage a variety of claims, while collaborating with clients, claimants, and adjusters.
• Advocate for clients in disputes and assist in developing risk management and compliance programs.
• Act with accountability, honesty, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for client claim inquiries, policies and procedures.
• Notify Claims Supervisor or Director of Risk Services of significant or complex claims.
• Advocate for the clients in coverage disputes or adverse carrier claims.
• Manage claims with timely follow-up, reserve analysis, client reviews, and accurate documentation.
• Conduct Compliance Action Assessments, property inspections, and mock OSHA inspections.
• Review and develop client safety programs.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with an insurance agency or insurance company.
• Working knowledge of Property & Casualty policy coverage and insurance claim procedures.
• Familiarity with Workers' Compensation regulations.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
