Commercial Lines Account Manager opening for a small independent insurance agency in Littleton, CO, serving Colorado throughout Southwest Denver, Littleton, and the Columbine Valley area for more than 20 years.

Commercial Lines Account Manager - "Contract to Hire" or "Direct Hire" opportunity where the business mainly comes in the door based on referrals.  Primary job functions will be performed in the office with the opportunity to work off site periodically. 

The successful candidate will:

• Be excited to work for a smaller independent agency where you can make a difference.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Collaborate with the team and with the owner, working as a team and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the account service process for commercial customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Review policies for accuracy and coverage.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
• Hawksoft agency management system.
• Property & Casualty license.

Salary Range | Benefits:

• $60,000 - $75,000 per year with bonus and profit-sharing opportunity.
