We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our team with daily hiring efforts across a variety of manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative roles. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as we work with a diverse workforce.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Recruiting Manager with daily hiring needs
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Source candidates through job postings, email outreach, and recruiting platforms
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Assist with proper skill matching to ensure the best fit for each role
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and E-Verify
  • Ensure all onboarding and hiring requirements are completed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow direction while also thinking outside the box
  • High energy and a strong sense of urgency
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the staffing industry
  • Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
  • Reliability and consistency are a must
  • A results-driven mindset with an understanding that increasing the total number of employees on assignment daily is essential to success and overall team growth
