Health Claims & Customer Service Representative I needed for Health Insurance company in Beaverton, OR. 

The successful candidate will be:

• Committed to outstanding customer service
• Helpful in optimizing healthcare resources
• Productive, efficient and timely

Responsibilities:

• Exemplary customer service to members, providers, internal staff, employer groups and health plans.
• Health claims processing in a productive, efficient, timely and accurate manner.
• Handle claim reconsiderations and appeals.
• Responsible for Remittance Advices and Explanation of Benefits generation and mailings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of medical claims processing or customer service experience in the health insurance industry.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9 coding
• Medical and health insurance terminology
• Experience with QNXT Claims Processing preferred

Salary Range:

• $21 per hour for CSCR I position
