Commercial Lines Bodily Injury Adjuster opening for a Managing General Agency in Englewood, CO.  Litigation experience is preferred!

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct thorough investigations and pursue prompt resolution of all legitimate claims.
• Work collaboratively to deliver fast and reliable claims solutions.
• Have a proactive strategy and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial claims involving commercial auto, general liability, and commercial property.
• Handle attorney-represented and litigated claims.
• Interpret and apply policy language to coverage investigations and claims determinations.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, site inspections, and review of evidence/documentation.
• Analyze litigation budgets and monitor legal expenses.
• Collaborate with underwriting and loss control to improve claim outcomes and identify trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience handling commercial claims, including litigation and attorney-represented files.
• Active Adjusters License in multiple states.
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
