Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts Available

We're currently hiring experienced Machine Operators and Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company with immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

Available Positions

1st Shift- $17.50

• Manual Operator
• Floor Person
• S-Head Operator

2nd Shift

• Manuel Operator -$17.50 base rate plus 10% shift diff, total $19.25)

• Distribution Associate -$17.50 base rate plus 10% shift diff, total $19.25. Hours are 12:00 pm-8:30 pm

  Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Load materials and assist with production processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform quality checks and document production information
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience required
• Stable employment history with demonstrated reliability
• Strong attendance record and dependable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and professionalism during the interview process
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
