Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative for an independent insurance agency located in Wheatridge, CO.

Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Our customer is a boutique independent insurance agency located in Wheatridge, CO.  Ideally, our candidate will be open to "Contract"/"Contract to Hire" work on a full-time basis working business hours in a professional office environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Be excited to collaborate with the Commercial Lines team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to their insureds.
• Want to work in a supportive office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process certificates of insurance, loss runs, and endorsements.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Update agency management system.
• Provide support for the Account Manager and Producer.

Requirements:

• 2+ years commercial lines experience with an independent agency
• Applied TAM experience or Applied EPIC (converting to Applied EPIC)
• CO Property & Casualty License

Salary & Benefits:

• $26 - $34 per hour
• ACA compliant health insurance available
