Employee Benefits Client Services Specialist  - Our client, an Independent Insurance Agency in Beaverton, OR, has an opening in their Employee Benefits department to provide customer service and support for small group and individual accounts.  For consideration, please email your resume to jodi.ayers@activatestaffing.com.

The successful candidate will:

• Support with sales and accounts servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and service an assigned book of business for Small Group Accounts, including Individual and Medicare accounts.
• Request renewal documentation from carriers, pull comparative quotes, and utilize tools like WiredQuote to assemble client renewal packages.
• Maintain flawless, precise client documentation, policy changes, and tracking within Applied EPIC. 
• Build, update, and manage backend configurations and employee data audits on Benefit Admin platforms.
• Develop and format clear, professional client Benefit Guides and open enrollment presentation materials. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years Employee Benefits experience.
• Medicare experience highly preferred.
• OR & WA Life and Health license.
• AHIP/Medicare Certification is required within the first 90 days of employment (agency supported).
• Systems experience in Employee Navigator, HealthSherpa, Quotit, and/or Applied EPIC experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hybrid Schedule after 30-day training period. 
• $50,000 - $65,000
