We are a 24 hour – 7 day a week manufacturing operation, seeking reliable, hard-working Production Associates who will be a valuable part of our production team.

Pay Rate:

$18 on 1st shift

$18.50 on 2^nd shift

Shift Times:
1st: 7am-7pm (36hrs one week, 48hrs the next week)
2nd: 7pm-7am (36hrs one week, 48hrs the next week)

Regular work schedule includes a rotating schedule. One week is 36 hours followed by a 48-hour work week.

Our manufacturing environment includes a fast-paced environment with a high regard for Safety and Quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Manual and automated handling of rolled roofing membrane
• While most of the work is automated, team members will at time have to handle heavy material and will need the ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Material handling and forklift operation is required with on-the-job training and internal certification provided
• Employees cross-train in different areas of production and rotates as needed
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with a high regard for safety and quality
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
