• Build, administer, optimize, support, and secure virtual Linux & Windows servers
• Design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure
• Support existing server infrastructure to manage cloud based server infrastructure
• Design, develop, and manage next generation of cloud infrastructure
• Provide technical support, training, and technical documentation
• Maintain detailed backup and recovery strategies for multiple systems including databases and file servers
• Perform system analysis to evaluate security levels, system utilization, and growth projections
• Improvement of the security, usability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of the existing environments
• Research, stage, and implement new patches, rollouts, and upgrades for various applications and hardware
• Maintain procedures and system architecture documentation for Certification and Accreditation support
• Respond to and resolve system issues and outages, perform analysis to determine root cause, and implement mitigating controls to prevent future occurrence

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Linux servers including cloud based servers
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Windows servers including cloud based servers
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Apache/Tomcat in a Unix/Linux environment, including configuring and tuning Java JVMs
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with scripting languages; Perl and shell
• Experienced in designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and tuning Linux systems in a large enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of HIPAA / HITECH security requirements
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and adapt to changing needs
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with management, customers, and employees
• Organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with designing and implementing disaster recovery strategies
• Availability to work evenings and weekends or be on call

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
