Company Description

We are a small company that conducts testing for clinics that has been in existence for 7 years. The main lab is located in Tampa FL which houses our Data Entry, Customer Service, Lab, IT and Shipping teams. The corporate office is in Michigan and the sales team is located in several territories east of the Mississippi. We are an ever changing company looking at great sales growth in 2018 and beyond.

• Performing data entry for 7 hours per day which includes entering billing codes, medical insurance and drug classes on all incoming patient specimens daily with a 95% accuracy rate and 30 entries per hour. You will also spend 1 hour per day unpacking boxes.
• Fill out tracking form for all specimens for manager to view daily.
• Utilize software to verify patient’s eligibility and accuracy of their medical insurance.
• Assist Laboratory Support team members on unpacking and sorting specimens daily.
• Scanning patient requisition forms at the end of the day.
• Cross training in customer service
• Other duties as assigned
