A drill manufacturing company in Rathdrum, ID is looking for a Assembly Mechanic to join their team for the long haul. The mechanic will be performing basic hydraulic assembly operations on production units. This position will require forklift and crane training in order to operate this equipment in a shop environment. The assembly mechanic position will require the individual to have basic mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. Heavy equipment knowledge is a plus!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Entry Level has limited knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical.

-Has the ability to assemble components with training.

-Works under the guidance of Grade 3 or above.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

-Entry level; minimum experience using assembly equipment.

-Limited knowledge of hydraulics and electrical.

-Ability to operate hand tools and power tools related to the assembly position.

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

-Ability to work independently and learn quickly; self-starter/self-motivated individual.

Monday - Friday

 Pay: $15 - $20 DOE
